「During early access, the game will be free. After early access, I'll wait until the game is working properly before charging for anything. People shouldn't be paying for a broken/unfinished game.

I'll consider charging a small amount eventually - but I'll never add anything pay to win. It's very important to me that people can't buy an extra unfair advantage in gameplay.」
