Game contains sexual acts such as: heterosexual and lesbian sex, masturbation, sex acts under the influence of spells and drugs.
Sex fetishes in game include: anal sex, oral sex, cheating, feet, fingering, tentacles, humiliation, skin laceration, futanari.
Futanari content is optional and needs to be enabled in options.
Consent is given or implied in all cases but some scenes feature sex under the influence of "charm" from supernatural creatures or light drug usage that could influence the ability to give proper consent.
Game also contains occasional non-sexual violence: physical assault, blood and dead bodies shown at certain moments for narrative purposes only. No such violent content is connected to or present during sex scenes.
Game also contains instances of implied drug usage.
All characters presented are over 18 years old.

Countess in Crimson follows the story of Josh and Ashley – a young couple stranded somewhere in the Carpathian Mountains who eventually find themselves in a secluded village whose denizens live in the shadow of a menacing castle towering over the landscape. Within the castle resides the titular Countess along with her lustful entourage. As the story unfolds, vicious plots and agendas are revealed while your choices ultimately determine Ashley and Josh's fate.

Gameplay-wise, Countess in Crimson is an interactive visual novel / adventure game hybrid with strong emphasis on dialogue and, of course, steamy and passionate romance.
